Healthkode Group is not looking to hire a dermatologist. We are looking to partner with one.

Our model is simple: you bring world-class clinical expertise in dermatology, and we bring everything else — the capital, the marketing, the patient acquisition, the booking infrastructure, the video consultation platform, and the administrative backbone. Together, we build and grow a remote dermatology practice under the Healthkode Group telemedicine umbrella, with profits shared equally on a 50/50 basis.

This is an opportunity to build your own remote dermatology brand, see patients from anywhere via video call, and scale your practice — all without the overhead, risk, or administrative burden of going it alone.

You Will Also Become the Face of the Brand

This partnership goes beyond clinical consultations. As our dermatology partner, you will become the public face and spokesperson of the practice — a recognised authority in remote dermatology across the UK and US markets.

Healthkode Group will actively position you as a thought leader in your field. This means:

• Podcast appearances — we will secure and coordinate guest spots on relevant health, wellness, and medical podcasts to grow your public profile
• YouTube — you will host and feature in educational video content on our YouTube channels, covering skin health, dermatology conditions, and telemedicine
• Seminars and panels — you will represent the practice and Healthkode Group at industry events, webinars, and medical conferences as our dermatology spokesperson
• Social media content — you will be required to produce regular short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts covering skin tips, condition explainers, and behind-the-scenes of your remote practice. Healthkode Group will handle editing, posting, and strategy
• PR and press — we will pitch you to health and medical publications as an expert commentator on dermatology and telemedicine topics

How the Partnership Works

• You provide: your clinical expertise, qualifications, patient consultations, and public-facing content and appearances
• We provide: all capital investment, marketing, SEO, paid advertising, patient acquisition, booking platform, video consultation infrastructure, content production, social media management, PR, and administrative support
• Profit split: 50/50 on all revenue generated by the practice
• Brand: the practice operates under a co-developed brand within the Healthkode Group telemedicine portfolio
• Autonomy: you retain full clinical independence — Healthkode Group does not interfere with clinical decisions

How the Clinical Model Works

• Patients discover and book consultations through our marketing channels and platform
• Where relevant, patients submit high-resolution photographs of the affected area prior to the consultation
• You conduct a live video consultation or provide an asynchronous photo-based assessment at your discretion
• You issue a clinical assessment, diagnosis, and personalised treatment protocol digitally
• Prescriptions fulfilled via our registered digital prescribing partners

What You Will Be Doing

• Conducting remote dermatology consultations via video call and photo-based review
• Diagnosing and managing skin conditions including acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, dermatitis, and more
• Issuing evidence-based treatment plans and digital prescriptions where appropriate
• Maintaining accurate digital patient records in compliance with GDPR and HIPAA
• Appearing on podcasts, YouTube, and at seminars as the spokesperson for the practice
• Producing regular short-form social media video content — edited and managed by Healthkode Group
• Contributing to the clinical governance and quality standards of the practice

Partnership Terms

• Structure: 50/50 profit-sharing partnership — Healthkode Group funds all operational, marketing, and content production costs
• Clinical independence: full autonomy over all clinical decisions — Healthkode Group does not influence diagnosis, treatment, or prescribing
• No upfront cost to you: Healthkode Group absorbs all capital expenditure to launch and grow the practice
• Content commitment: a minimum of 2–4 short-form social media videos per week is required as part of the partnership
• Regulatory compliance: you are responsible for maintaining your own GMC / relevant regulatory registration and professional indemnity insurance
• Patient data: all records handled in full compliance with GDPR (UK/EU) and HIPAA (US)
• Minimum clinical commitment: a minimum of 10 consultation hours per week is required to maintain the partnership
• Review period: a 90-day initial review period applies, after which partnership terms may be formalised through a binding agreement

Who We Are Looking For

• Fully qualified dermatologist with valid GMC, GPC, or equivalent regulatory registration
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification clinical experience in dermatology
• Entrepreneurial mindset — you want to build something, not just work for someone
• Comfortable in front of a camera — podcast guest, video presenter, or social media creator experience is a plus
• Comfortable with or eager to adopt a telemedicine / remote consultation model
• Registered with a professional indemnity insurance provider
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
